Q: Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?

A: Each tapestry piece is made to order. I am a one woman team and have to make each order myself. Please allow 3-5 weeks for each order to be shipped out

Q: How do I get a custom piece?

A: Every month I open up a limited amount of custom slots. Purchase one of those slots and I will send you an email to discuss what piece you want made or you can send me a DM on Instagram and we can discuss your custom piece.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: For all Tapestry piece, please allow 3-5 weeks for orders to be shipped. For all ready to wear pieces, they will be shipped out within 2 business days.

Q: Do you accept returns or cancellations?

A: We do not accept returns on customized pieces or order cancellations after an order has been placed. 

Q: Do you do customs?

A: I take a limited amount of custom orders each month. Feel free to message me on Instagram or send me an email to support@marqthelabel.com in regards to a custom piece.

Q: Who pays for international customs fee?

A: The buyer is responsible for the customs fee associated with the item purchased. Please read my shipping policy
