At MARQ THE LABEL, our pieces are designed in Dallas, Tx and made by myself. Each piece is made to order to fit each customer the way that they desire. Due to high order volumes please allow 3-5 weeks for all orders to be made and begin shipping! We always aim to start shipping our pieces out ASAP! All made to order pieces are final order. Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. Please do not email us for updates on your order if the estimated time for shipment has not yet elapsed. We ship Internationally to select countries and provide complimentary standard shipping for all US orders of $180

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your shipment (excludes weekends and holidays). A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. MARQ THE LABEL is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints.

First Class (US only): Calculated base rate arrives is 3 business days

Priority Mail (US only): 2 business days

Priority Express (US only): Calculated base rate arrives in 1-2 business days

UPS Ground (2-5 days)

UPS 2nd Day Air (2 days)

International:

All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, unclaimed or refused packages and/or failure to pay duty fees upon delivery.

MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

At this time, all orders are being shipped through USPS. Please follow your tracking number for order updates. MARQ THE LABEL is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen orders. 

Shipments that have arrived at a processing facility (USPS) and/or shipments that have been marked delivered and are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of USPS. MARQ THE LABEL will not be obligated to handle such issues. For more information please contact support@marqthelabel.com 

FAILED DELIVERY/ RETURNED TO SENDER/ ABANDONED PACKAGES

IF YOUR PACKAGE CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO THE GIVEN SHIPPING ADDRESS DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PHONE NUMBER, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER (MARQ THE LABEL) AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE. 

IF THE RECEIVER IS ABSENT UPON ALL DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE HELD AT A LOCAL FEDEX CENTER FOR PICK UP.  IF THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE FOR ANY REASON, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER (MARQ THE LABEL) AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, IF YOU REFUSE RECEIPT OF YOUR PACKAGE, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO MARQ THE LABEL AT YOUR EXPENSE. THE EXPENSE INCLUDES SHIPPING COSTS AND ANY DUTY AND TAX THE PACKAGE MAY HAVE INCURRED; THIS AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL OF THE AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED.

PACKAGES WILL BE HELD AT CUSTOMS FOR 30 DAYS, AFTER WHICH IT WILL BE DEEMED ABANDONED. CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE ABANDONED A PACKAGE WILL FORFEIT THE RIGHT TO AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR THEIR ORDER.
