Shipping Policy

We offer flat rate shipping both domestically and internationally. Orders are processed within 2-4 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.

• U.S. Orders – Free shipping

• Canada – $25 USD flat rate

• Europe – $30 USD flat rate

• All other international orders – $40 USD flat rate

International:

All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, unclaimed or refused packages and/or failure to pay duty fees upon delivery.

MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

At this time, all orders are being shipped through UPS. Please follow your tracking number for order updates. MARQ THE LABEL is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen orders. 

Shipments that have arrived at a processing facility (UPS) and/or shipments that have been marked delivered and are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of UPS. MARQ THE LABEL will not be obligated to handle such issues. For more information please contact support@marqthelabel.com 

FAILED DELIVERY/ RETURNED TO SENDER/ ABANDONED PACKAGES

IF YOUR PACKAGE CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO THE GIVEN SHIPPING ADDRESS DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PHONE NUMBER, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER (MARQ THE LABEL) AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
